Welcome to 3d Psychotherapy! As a practice we especially work with clients who are insecure overachievers, those with anxiety, grief, depression, and anyone healing from narcissistic abuse. I also specialize in academic anxiety and career counseling, coping with chronic illness, processing trauma, and dealing with life transitions. As a former university professor for 26 years before becoming a counselor, I understand the pressures and struggles college students face. We offer in-person sessions as well as teletherapy. Our practice and interventions are inclusive and supportive for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. Our sessions focus on fostering deep connections, ensuring you feel seen, heard, validated and valued. Counseling is for healing, growth, and positive change for your present and future.
