Life as a college student can be so stressful and demanding. You have so many roles that you are expected to show up in. Classes, family, friends, choosing a career, creating a network. It can feel overwhelming. You feel the pressure to be perfect in every area, but don't know where to begin or how to keep up with it all.

As your therapist, I'll bring a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental vibe into session to help you navigate through all of these thoughts, feelings, and expectations. We'll ground our work in building compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others while working through steps to manage these expectations and responsibilities.

It can be so overwhelming when you are carrying the weight of confusion, guilt, and shame. I'll hold space for you to explore the different aspects of yourself. We'll work together to figure out what matters most to you, without judgment and shame. While you're building up a sense of compassion, I'll hold the space and compassion for you.
