I am a part of a cooperative of independent clinical counselors that value kindness, curiosity, and integrity. With an inclusive lens, I make use of psychodynamic and mindfulness-based forms of therapy. As a relational practitioner, I support my client’s growth toward more resilient, insightful, compassionate lives. My clinical interests include working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and depression. In addition, I have extensive experience working with individuals facing severe mental illness including bipolar disorders.
