Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
Accepting clients Last Updated 25 days ago

Hi! Thank you for reading! I provide skills-based, evidence-based therapy services to children and young adults. I am a Licensed Psychologist for the state of Colorado and I find true joy, inspiration, and hope from connecting with individuals and their families. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and ACT. Learning about, listening to, and working with people to implement effective strategies is what I love to do, and I look forward to continuing to support families. I have been fortunate to work as a mental health professional in a variety of settings and I am excited to learn about people, be a catalyst for positive changes, and be a dedicated member of each family’s team.

I have worked with young people experiencing challenges related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning and academic struggles, behavioral difficulties, Anxiety and Depression, and social and family stress.
