Claire Bryan
I offer a warm, collaborative space where
clients feel supported as they navigate life’s
challenges and discover their inner
strengths. I earned my Master’s in Clinical
Social Work from Columbia University and
have since worked with youth, teens, and
young adults in a variety of settings,
including schools, intensive outpatient
programs, and primary care clinics.
My work has centered on supporting young
people and their families through
emotional, behavioral, and social concerns,
always with an emphasis on creating a space
where clients feel truly heard, seen, and
empowered. My background in medical
social work has also deepened my
understanding of how health-related issues
can affect emotional well-being, and I aim
to provide sensitive, holistic care that meets
clients where they are.
I integrate a range of evidence-based
approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused
Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and
creative modalities like Art and Play-Based
Therapy, tailored to the unique needs of
each client. I currently offer therapy via
secure telehealth, providing a convenient
and comfortable option for accessing
support.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression,
school or work stress, identity-related
questions, or big life changes, I’m here to
walk alongside you in a space that is
affirming, supportive, and grounded in compassion.
