As a clinical therapist, my goal is to assist you in finding new pathways and directions. I offer a safe space to meet your needs. My work has been with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma informed, and depression, grief, eating disorders as well as other medical and mental health issues.I use psychodynamic approach , CBT, mindfulness, art expression, and ACT. Clients have the opportunity to incorporate art into their therapy as a means of releasing stress and processing difficult feelings where words have not worked. My approach is process based and gestalt based on my clients needs.
