I am a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with young adults and adults on issues of identity, gender, sexuality, family and relationships, self-esteem, and anxiety. My focus areas include relationship patterns, unconscious dynamics, and family conflicts, particularly as they intersect with gender and identity. Direct and open, I aim to bring genuineness and compassion to our work together, and look forward to helping you find new paths for yourself.

I'm passionate about therapy's power to help people live more creatively, and bring this flexible, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to our work. Together, we create a compassionate, dynamic, and sensitive environment tailored to your unique situation, needs, and goals so you always feel supported. I draw on psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy, along with mindfulness and a calm, sometimes humorous style, to help you feel stronger and freer.

My path to becoming a therapist began with social work, teaching, and therapy in a community mental health clinic. This experience deepened my commitment to providing care that is sensitive to people's circumstances and the larger systems they navigate. Today, I bring a warm and open mind to the hidden aspects of your speech and concerns in each session.

When I’m not in session, I am most often drawn to the arts and comedy.
