Garima Menon
The joys and challenges we face in our daily lives often take a toll. As an experienced psychologist, I focus on helping clients collaboratively, grounded in really listening. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what's not working, what you hope for, and what might be getting in the way.
I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches based on what best fits your needs, with a goal of helping you create a richer, more meaningful life. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, having relationship issues (intimate and platonic), stress, difficulty managing your schedule/academics, or trying to understand your long‑standing patterns, we’ll work as a team to uncover the strengths and internal resources you already have.
With over two decades of experience, I have worked with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief/loss, and cross cultural concerns. Additionally, for over decade and a half I worked at university counseling centers as a psychologist. I have also gained extensive experience and expertise in working with international & diverse populations.
