Hello! Our well being is determined by our relationships, including the relationships that we have with ourself and our past. Improving our relationship to self and all parts of self has a profound impact on outlook and well being. My background is in outdoor education and I was a college advisor for 4 years prior to my private practice. I draw on a vast toolkit including decades of study in mindfulness and yoga as well as the neuroscience of attachment, 12 step recovery, and nature based work. I offer equine assisted sessions as well on a beautiful farm in Boulder overlooking the mountains.
