Green Couch Counseling is a group behavioral health practice in Denver. We provide evidence based practices to guide client's in accomplishing their goals. Our clinicians have a range of specialties surrounding trauma, emotion regulation disorders, learning healthy coping skills, relationship issues, stress, life transitions and more. We will work to pair you with a clinician who has experience in the area you are seeking counseling for at this time. We offer individual counseling, EMDR, group counseling, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) individual and group classes.
