If you're looking for an experienced therapist who is warm, uses humor, actually trauma informed, and has lived experience as a neurodiverse person I might be the right fit for you! I do both therapy and ADHD assessments. While I specialize in neurodiversity, trauma, and dissociative disorders I can work with many different issues like anxiety, depression, stress, identity, and chronic health issues. I also have extensive experience working with people with complex trauma and dissociative disorders like DID and OSDD. I also work well cisgender and gender diverse folks and identify as genderfluid myself.

One of my parents is an immigrant and I enjoy working cross culturally and with other first generation Americans. I do personal antiracism work and do my best to be aware of my own biases. I also know that I make mistakes. I can't promise perfection, I do promise healthy repair in the relationship when I've hurt someone.

As a therapist I generally take an integrated approach drawing from DBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness based therapies, ADHD skills training, parts work, clinical hypnosis and three stage trauma therapy. I am a practicing Buddhist and am comfortable working with people across different faiths or none. I don't take a one size fits all approach to therapy. What therapy with me looks like will depend on you and what you need!
