Holly Floyd
After receiving invaluable warmth & empathy during my own experience of therapy I felt obliged to give others the same compassion. I use my training as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, Registered Yoga Teacher, & EMDR Therapist along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to facilitate the healing of wounds inflicted by both acute and complex trauma.
I use an eclectic & collaborative approach rooted in attachment theory along with IFS-informed parts work to assist people struggling with issues from anxiety & PTSD to Bipolar Disorder & neurodivergence with the goal of shifting a client's perspective from one of survival to one of well being.
I also provide counseling services to children & adolescents by drawing upon the experiences I gained working as a school counselor in Greene County Georgia.
When not cultivating my therapy practice I enjoy gardening, yoga, playing with my dog Walter, music, movies, horses, & laughing.
