I believe therapy starts with connection. I bring warmth, sensitivity, and active engagement to my work, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, past trauma, or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to help you understand yourself with more clarity and self-compassion.
My approach is grounded in the belief that people are more than a diagnosis. I work from a non-pathologizing, wellness-centered perspective, which means I focus on understanding your unique story rather than reducing it to symptoms or labels. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns that may be getting in your way and move toward a more grounded, meaningful way of living.
My psychotherapy education includes a master’s in counseling from Northwestern University. I’ve also completed a post-graduate fellowship in psychoanalysis through the Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis, as well as a behavioral medicine program with Boston Behavioral Medicine.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a physician assistant, working closely with patients across medical settings. That experience continues to inform the way I understand the mind-body connection and how stress, trauma, and emotional pain can show up physically as well as mentally.
In addition to my work at Omega Therapy Practice, I’ve provided therapy in community mental health settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with adults of all ages including college students, the elderly, healthcare professionals, LGBTQIA, those exploring identity, and healing from past wounds.
