Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, and end-of-life concerns. My work focuses on helping clients develop insight into their experiences, identify effective coping strategies, and build secure connections that promote emotional well-being.
Your first session is a space to begin sharing your story and to explore what brought you to therapy. We'll take time to discuss your current concerns, personal history, and what you'd like to accomplish in therapy. I'll explain how the therapeutic process works, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to identify goals that feel realistic and meaningful.
It's important that you feel supported and understood, and that our work together feels like a good fit. Reach out to begin working on any obstacles that life brings.
