Bloom Counseling Services
My name is Julia Cadena and I’m an LICSW with 8 years of experience in mental health care. I work with clients 15 and up from all backgrounds and identities. I specialize in eating disorders, substance use, OCD, neurodivergence, and co-occurring diagnoses. I’ve worked with clients who experience trauma, complex trauma, disability, and chronic illness. I also focus on LGBTQ+ and cultural contexts. I use a mix of modalities tailored to each person’s needs and areas of concern. My approach is affirming, strengths-based, and autonomy-focused. I believe in helping clients regain a sense of empowerment in achieving their goals.
