Kay Park

Kay Park is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (RDMT). She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach, and integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and movement-based interventions to support emotional growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change. She believes therapy can help individuals develop greater self-awareness, build healthier coping strategies, and create more fulfilling connections with others.
Her specialty areas include: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, parenting stress, and life transitions. She also supports individuals seeking to strengthen parenting skills, improve family communication, and navigate the emotional challenges that can arise within caregiving and family relationships.
Kay earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University. She is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and is bilingual in English and Korean. Throughout her professional career, Kay has worked in community mental health clinics, therapeutic schools, and group settings, providing both in-person and telehealth services. She has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary providers to support integrated care and has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Kay is available to see clients on Monday through Friday in the afternoon and evening.
