Hi, I’m Kylie. I’m a licensed psychotherapist offering individual therapy for college students and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, academic or career pressure, self-worth, and eating disorders. I work from a relational, insight-oriented lens, blending talk therapy with EMDR and mindfulness to help you feel more grounded, connected, and clear.

My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on internally. I see clients in Manhattan, Beacon, and virtually across New York.
