I work with young adults and adults needing support with anxiety, depression, parenting/life stressors, career ambivalence, relationship issues, self-esteem, cultural factors, college stressors, and transition. Is navigating through a life transition or relationship issue bringing up stress, anxiety, insecurities, or impacting your motivation? Is a new obstacle making parenting a challenge? Are cultural expectations affecting your daily functioning, career goals, or desires? By understanding how these triggers can impact symptoms, we can break negative cycles and empower positive change.
As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with over 16 years of experience, I help individuals identify and navigate through thought patterns and cycles that may be contributing to challenges with coping and managing emotions and symptoms. I use a strengths-based, CBT- and Motivational Interviewing-focused therapeutic approach.
