I am here to help you!
I offer counseling for college students and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships and the impact of substance use and addiction on friends and families. I also have a special interest in helping with trauma or grief.
I offer telehealth services for counseling in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I also have a quiet, confidential office space where you can meet with me in person, if you prefer.
