I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 10 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma and inner-child healing, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, and major life transitions. My work centers people of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on women, neurodivergent individuals, and members of culturally diverse and LGBTQ+ communities. Together, we make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, so you can heal from past experiences, better understand your emotions and relationships, build self-compassion, and create meaningful change that helps you feel more grounded and authentic in your life.

I believe in meeting each person with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment, which allows me to be a genuine, collaborative partner in your care. From there, we can recognize and break the patterns that no longer serve you and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based techniques with deeper exploration of the experiences and patterns that have shaped you. That care shows up as a passionate commitment to helping you understand yourself with more kindness, heal the parts of you that have been carrying old wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you're free to show up authentically. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, I help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and grow in ways that last. That work is genuine, down-to-earth, and shaped around your pace, tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

My path to becoming a therapist began with a genuine curiosity about people – their stories, their relationships, and the experiences that shape who they become. Over time, that curiosity grew into a deep commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, individualized care. Now, I bring warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's lived experience to every session, creating space for you to feel truly seen, understood, and supported as you navigate your healing.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy drawing and painting, exploring my creative side, caring for my ever-growing collection of houseplants, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. I also appreciate the little things that help life feel more grounded—good music, a cozy space, and finding moments for creativity and connection.
