Hello! I work with neurodivergent clients who might have challenges with school, relationships, executive function, identity, or other stuff that gets in the way of living your life how you want to. I tend to work well with clients who feel like they don't quite fit in the mold of society and are trying to figure out how to understand themselves better and exist in the world we live in! I also use CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to support clients who are struggling with sleep and insomnia.
