Hello! My name is Meghan. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, substance use/dual diagnoses, and life changes.
I know, first hand, the challenges and struggles one faces as a student. Going to college can be a difficult time and can bring up many different stressors, triggers, and symptoms that may be new to the individual. I am here to help navigate these struggles and new experiences.
I utilized a client centered, strength based approach and my goal is to meet individuals where they're at. We will work together to identify best therapeutic processes to accomplish individual goals while finding peace and balance.
