Are you navigating challenges related to academic stress, perfectionism, burnout, or life transitions? At Neurodiverse Counseling, we provide strengths-based therapy and adult diagnostic evaluations for autistic individuals, ADHDers, and LGBTQIA+ students.
Clients often seek support for sensory sensitivities, masking, or challenges with communication and social interactions. Others come to us for help with low self-esteem, anxiety, chronic illness, or processing trauma. We offer a compassionate space to heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Our team understands the unique pressures that students face in today’s world. We use evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, IFS, DBT, and trauma-informed care, as well as neurodiversity-affirming practices to support emotional well-being, executive functioning, and meaningful growth. We also integrate therapeutic journaling into our work, providing guided tools to promote self-reflection between sessions. All sessions are tailored to support each client’s unique strengths, values, and goals.
We offer teletherapy to individuals across Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, and Washington, DC. Our diverse team includes clinicians who are neurodivergent, BIPOC, multilingual, and LGBTQIA+, bringing both clinical expertise and lived experience to each session.
If you’re ready for care that feels personalized, collaborative, and empowering, we invite you to schedule a free consultation.
