Nicholas Whooley

Nicholas enjoys working with a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, body dysmorphia, trauma and PTSD. Nicholas has experience working with young adults, adults, and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Nicholas works with clients to focus on the internal work, prompting change from within to effect how clients respond to stressors in their environment. We will work together to determine the root cause of the problem to establish a strong foundation to execute effective change.
With a strong focus on coping skill development, Nicholas applies the fundamental and traditional practices of talk therapy, motivational discussion, in conjunction with acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as thought restructuring.
