My name is Jennifer Berfield. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University. I have over 13 years experience providing therapy services working in outpatient, school based, in home, and treatment facility settings.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based strategies (including but not limited to CBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT) with extensive experience and training in DBT. I work with all ages treating a broad range of mental health issues and believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping individuals reach their desired goals.
