You might be here because life feels overwhelming, your relationships are strained, your emotions are hard to manage, or you're stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, complex PTSD, and women's mental health, including PMDD. Many of my patients are also exploring identity, recovering from trauma, or adjusting to life transitions.

I specialize in interpersonal relationships, the web of connections we hold with our partners, families, friends, and coworkers. When these connections feel supportive, life is richer. But when they feel painful or out of sync, everything else can feel harder. Maybe you're caught in a communication cycle that never quite lands. Maybe you're feeling disconnected from the people who matter most or longing to build deeper relationships, but unsure how to begin.

To support my patients, I often describe a "toolkit for well-being," made up of three core parts: biological support (like medication or supplements), self-care practices (such as movement, nutrition, and rest), and therapy, a space where we explore how your inner world is shaping your outer world. While all three are important, therapy can often be the key that helps unlock the others. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and create new paths forward.

I have experience helping patients evaluate new or existing diagnoses and adjust medications as needed. I offer a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to help you build skills, process experiences, and make meaningful changes.

My approach is grounded in partnership. You are the expert on your own life. I bring my clinical experience and whole person care, but you set the pace and the goals. Before we go anywhere, you need to feel seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. In our sessions, all emotions are welcome: joy, sadness, anger, fear, silence, and everything in between.

I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner because I'm passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply and find ways to live with greater connection and purpose. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University, and I care deeply about reducing stigma and creating access to compassionate, culturally sensitive care. I work with young adults, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, and anyone navigating emotional conflict or identity exploration.

Outside of sessions, I recharge through weightlifting, cooking good food, and binge-watching TV shows that make me laugh or think. I know how important it is to care for yourself in small, meaningful ways, and I'll support you in finding what that looks like for you.

If you're ready to explore your mental health with support and intention, I'd be honored to work with you. Let's build something meaningful together, starting with a conversation.
