Are you feeling anxious, wired, or overwhelmed? I help individuals find relief from anxiety, depression, loss, work or college stress, burnout, and past trauma. As someone with a multicultural background and being a second generation immigrant, I can understand the many layers of identity that influence our mental health. You can expect a compassionate and warm approach, allowing for self-exploration and growth. I use a blend of approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage stress, find balance, and cultivate healthier relationships.
In our sessions, we will learn about regulating your nervous system, explore new perspectives through reframing, build self-compassion and uncover your innate strengths. Whether you're struggling with change, perfectionism, anxiety, or navigating relationships, my goal is to guide you toward emotional regulation, self-compassion, and fulfilling connections.
I know that finding a good fit for a therapist can be tricky, and I’m here to make that process as easy as possible. I invite you to bring your authentic self to our sessions. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to be part of your mental health journey!
