Sarah Waltrip
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many people who reach out for therapy care deeply about doing things well and keeping their relationships strong, but feel overwhelmed or stuck. The therapy process can help you manage worry and depression, notice and understand your emotions, and improve relationship dynamics. You'll have the space to take a breath, get support, and talk about what matters most to you.
My approach to therapy starts with discussing your goals and values, and making concrete, research-based plans to help find relief from distress. Leaning into your strengths is an important part of this process. When you feel ready, we can explore the history, patterns and systems underneath challenges and conflicts to gain a deeper, lasting understanding.
I see you as the expert in your own life, and I respect the courage it takes to reach out. If this sounds like a good fit, you’re welcome to call or email to schedule a brief consultation and see if working together feels right.
