Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in anxiety, dissatisfaction, or stress. Over time, I’ve seen people make meaningful change, regain confidence, and feel more present. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship issues with over 1,500 hours of experience working with youths and adults. We will work together to make sense of what you carry, identify what gets in the way, and move toward the life you want.
I am passionate about using graphics, worksheets, art, music, film, somatic practices, philosophy, and even memes in my work. If that interests you, we may be a good fit!
