Who experience mental health concerns, difficulty with substance abuse, and issues stemming from personal or intergenerational trauma.
My approach to therapy encourages open and genuine dialogue through strengths based perspectives, leverages personal resourcefulness, and is oriented in identifying positive long lasting outcomes. I am passionate about making therapy approachable and accessible to those who may be intimidated or anxious about traditional talk therapy.
As a first generation college student and a previous academic advisor at University of Oregon, I understand the unique stresses of college students. I am well equipped to guide college students and their families through the complexities of the college system as well as address personal mental health difficulties while in school.
