The Aspen Center is a small group practice providing insight-oriented psychotherapy.

We offer a personalized approach that focuses on individualism, partnership, respect, and education, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. We see you as a “whole person,” recognizing that your symptoms are only a part of the picture. We work with you to understand what might be out of balance in your life, and then develop strategies to restore that balance and promote well-being.

At The Aspen Center, you can expect an environment that conveys warmth, comfort, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We offer you the flexibility of seeing your therapist in-person or via Zoom for Healthcare, allowing you to meet with your therapist regularly to get the support you need.
