I am an empathetic listener, with an emphasis on validation and self-efficacy. My goal is to empower change through a strength-based, advocative lens, while also helping process and regulate emotions. I strive to help people recognize recurring thought patterns and provide a comforting space. I'm passionate about working with people from multicultural backgrounds, as well as those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
I am currently taking on new clients ages 13 and up, both in person and via Telehealth. When outside of the office, I enjoy being outdoors, listening to music, and connecting with friends and family.
