Therapists for college students near Boulder, CO
Hi! If you're carrying a story that feels too heavy, too painful, or perhaps too fragmented to tell, I offer a supportive space to help you reclaim the parts of your story that have been buried, silenced, or distorted by trauma. Together, we will work to gently untangle your story, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward lasting relief and empowerment. You deserve to feel safe, grounded, and whole. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and respectful of your pace. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about honoring the parts of you that adapted to survive and creating space for something new. Sometimes the first step in healing is telling your story. As a fellow artistic, compassionate human, I am here to hear your story and assist you in continuing along your journey in this life.
Do you feel weighed down by old patterns, unresolved trauma, or the struggle to show up authentically in your relationships? Maybe you’re navigating addiction recovery, healing from painful experiences, or exploring ethical non-monogamy such as polyamory or multiamory. You want deeper connection but often feel unseen or misunderstood. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to release what no longer serves you, embrace your full self, and build relationships and a life that align with your values. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to share openly and explore your goals. Using trauma-informed therapy, relational healing, and addiction counseling, I’ll help you gain clarity, build resilience, and strengthen authentic connections—always at your pace. Taking the first step is often the hardest, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with your most authentic self, I invite you to reach out today. When it feels like a lot. Therapy for a Happier Life Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples, Families, and Kids in Littleton, Colorado If you are struggling with: Relationship issues Anxiety in your day Finding meaning in your life Stress or burnout A difficult life transition The effects of trauma Feeling sad or hopeless We can figure it out together
Deciding to seek therapy can be a hard step to take because it means facing your problems rather than running away from them. When we experience uncomfortable emotions, our instinct a lot of the time is to avoid it and convince ourselves (as well as others) that we're okay. This may lead to short-term relief, however, we often don't realize that it also leads to long-term growth of the issue. This is one way we end up in vicious cycles of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem (which is difficult enough to deal with on top of college adjustments). My goal is to assist individuals with breaking this cycle by gaining new perspectives on their life situations and in turn empowering them to achieve their personal goals. If you're ready to take the first step toward a brighter future, I would be honored to work with you.
