Thank you so much for taking a look at my profile. I have been in private practice since 2011 and prior to that primarily worked in university counseling centers with both college age clients as well as older adults. While I use cognitive behavioral treatment strategies to help clients manage what brings them into treatment, I also find that it can be helpful to explore where certain thoughts or feelings come from to create a deeper understanding and hopefully ultimately minimize unwanted feelings or symptoms. I provide a free 5-10 minute initial consultation over the phone to make sure this seems like a good match and our schedules align. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email, with email being checked more regularly. I look forward to working with you!

Hello! My focus is on helping those who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and PTSD because you deserve to experience joy, connection, ease, peace, and love in your life. Together, you can gain more clarity on how to work with difficult emotions, make peace with your past, and start to feel more confident in your ability to tackle current challenges and work towards goals for your future. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help reduce negative symptoms and achieve positive shifts, often more deeply and quickly than traditional talk therapy. I hope to be of service to you and look forward to speaking with you!

Mental Health. Care. Together. Are you looking to find a mental health provider that listens to you in a way that makes you feel seen? Who helps you unravel the mystery behind your concerns you've never been able to verbalize? Who hears what you say to reflect a treatment and create a space for you to heal, feel safe, and grow into the person you’ve always wished to be? Who sees your lived experience as invaluable as their own, but also brings their domestically and internationally recognized expertise and insight in mental health care? Who brings over a decade of combined counseling, research, and lived experience understanding the unique stressors of college and graduate school? If so, Solidarity Mental Health LLC is for you. My therapeutic treatments are adapted to each individual patient, as no two people are the same. I integrate my academic and mental health training from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and the University of Southern California, my mental health work globally including Boston, Peru, Japan, Switzerland, and the Kingdom of Lesotho, my experience as a first-generation immigrant, first in my family to go to college and graduate school, treating refugees throughout the U.S., and working, navigating, coping, and thriving in some of the most difficult academic environments in the world. What results are a balanced, person-centered and empathy driven treatment based on unique insights from a 16+ year mental health career treating a mosaic of individuals from 15+ countries globally and diverse urban and rural areas throughout the United States. I have unique insights on not only how you as a college or graduate student can survive and thrive in your current environment, but also how transition to your ideal next step and self after graduation. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing individual psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management to adults age 18+ in Massachusetts via telehealth, and offer a FREE 10-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other. Please fill out the consultation request to get started. I accept patients of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds, and have expertise treating BIPOC communities. I am a LGBTQIA affirming provider. I am out-of-network with insurance companies, but happy to provide paperwork for reimbursement to you to submit. I do not prescribe controlled substances. I currently act as Senior Clinical Lead, Mental Health for Project HOME and advisor to the American Psychological Association on BIPOC mental health. Your story and struggles are ones I can connect directly to my professional experiences and background. Most importantly, the path forward to heal and grow is a familiar place I've helped innumerable people discover and reach before. Feel free to email me at sdaimyo@solidaritymh.com with any questions. I believe that how we interact with others in the present often grew out of lessons learned earlier in life. Sometimes, people use strategies to cope with situations that once made sense but are no longer effective or useful. I also believe that everyone has strengths that can help guide decisions and behaviors in the present. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we become travelers on your journey; we look at concerns, explore their origins and feelings that arise, and discuss how to view and handle situations here and now. I blend developmental and clinical approaches to help individuals understand difficulties within the context of typical stages of life. Treatment is geared to individual needs, and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations (e.g., Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies). I work with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds, and I have a special interest in gender identity and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+). I have helped clients with concerns including, among several others, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Please visit my website for more information: www.everbreezepsych.com

Feeling stuck in your relationships—whether with friends, partners, or even yourself? It’s common to feel overwhelmed by misunderstandings, anxiety about caring for others, or the pressure to “have it all together.” For many students, relationships shift fast: new independence, long-distance friendships, the challenge of dating while studying, or balancing your own needs with others’. I work with students who… • find themselves repeating the same argument or feeling misunderstood in a partnership • struggle to connect emotionally or feel distant from friends • worry they’re always giving more than they receive • feel unsure about who they are when they’re in a relationship • want healthier boundaries and more confidence in saying “me too” Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, explore how you relate, and build the skills to communicate clearly, be seen, and feel supported, not just in your relationships, but in your life. Because the most important relationship you’re building right now is with you. If you’re ready to find a more grounded, authentic connection—with others and yourself—let’s talk.

Spending your days replaying conversations, struggling to start tasks, or feeling like your brain just works differently can be exhausting. ADHD can leave you feeling constantly behind, anxiety keeps the inner noise turned up, and depression makes it hard to stay connected. I work with adults navigating these patterns, as well as individuals processing trauma or working through substance use. Whether you’re trying to quiet the noise or figure out why you process the world differently, sessions feel like a real, grounded conversation with low pressure, genuine warmth, and plenty of space to think out loud. Within a few weeks, people start noticing patterns they hadn't seen before, like what drives the cycle and what actually helps. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. Instead of a rigid model, I use these tools flexibly, focusing on actionable strategies, self-awareness, and approaches tailored specifically to you. How we learned to connect early in life shows up everywhere, from our communication to our boundaries and daily stress. My goal is to help you understand who you are, make sense of what has gotten in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life. I offer a free consultation. Reach out today and let us see if we are a good fit.
