Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Boston, MA

Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **

In that light, Activated By Wellness is committed to the health and well-being especially of marginalized people, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA individuals, young adults struggling with social and familial pressures, veterans suffering from PTSD and reintegration, anyone looking for strength breaking generational patterns that no longer serve them, and those who in some way have been left out, othered, or persecuted for their perceived difference. We are also a space that is committed to the health and well-being of our allies who have a desire to move through old patterns and blocks, and perhaps also wish to positively affect change in the world. Whether activists, veterans, college students, and more, we are all facing some very challenging and painful personal as well as societal issues, and yet what we share in common is an openness to try new ways of growing, sharing our gifts, and achieving our goals. Utilizing a unique and ever-evolving combination of expressive arts, creativity, hypnotherapy, counseling, relationship work, engaged group activities, and active goal setting, our practice encourages self-reliance and the realization of personal power while also teaching the irreducible importance of community by visibly creating collaborative opportunities for our clients. We are a people-centric, community-driven service, passionately seeking expansion around the themes of inclusivity, accessibility, real growth, breakthrough, and sustainable success for individuals.

I’m so glad you're here! If masking, people-pleasing, code-switching, avoiding, isolating (and everything in between) has been your way of managing your anxiety, here is a space where we create a calm place for you to be your authentic self. Come with quirks, emotions, humor, cursing, and even your crafts, this is your space. All that in stride, I understand that the path to finding your true self can be complex and sometimes daunting. But rest assured, you don’t have to do it alone. Here, therapy is not just about addressing issues; it's about celebrating who you are and who you’re becoming. So bring every part of you into the room. I’m here to listen, understand, and help you thrive.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Weymouth, MA

Hi, I’m Eva, a licensed mental health counselor and owner of Rooted Behavioral Health & Wellness in Massachusetts. I work with adolescents and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or like their thoughts have taken over. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also keeping sessions real and engaging—because sometimes a little humor can make hard things feel more manageable. Together, we'll take small steps, challenge old patterns, and move forward in ways that once felt impossible. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, feel understood, and actually learn tools that make a difference in your everyday life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with students from all walks of life—PhD candidates at MIT, first-year undergraduates just beginning their college experience, and international students who have traveled across the world to study in the Boston area. I understand the unique mix of excitement, pressure, and expectation that comes with academic life, and I know that the right therapeutic support can make all the difference between simply getting through college and truly thriving in it. We don’t leave our pasts behind when we move onto campus. Sometimes, unresolved experiences or past trauma can create barriers to feeling fulfilled or confident in this new chapter. College is about much more than your major—it’s a time of self-discovery, growth, and learning how to navigate both independence and connection. Whether you’re seeking support for stress management, identity exploration, or processing painful experiences, I’m here to help you build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self as you move through this important stage of life.
