Hello! We are a group private practice who aims to minimize mental health stigmas among all cultures and populations. We find that being REAL, genuine, and authentic quickly reduces great barriers to care. We look forward to partnering with you to navigate life's unique challenges.
Hello! My name is Abigayle Bennett, but you can call me Abi. I am in my second year of my Master’s of Social Work at Binghamton University and hold an Associate’s in Human Services and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Education. I have been working in children’s and family services for the majority of my career, and hope to eventually open a Child and Family Development Center and offer an inclusive space for families to seek tools and resources to improve their family’s mental well-being. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, mood disorders, parenting and family issues, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, lgbtq+ youth, and domestic/sexual abuse. I strive to create a laid-back, open, and approachable environment in our sessions. I understand that starting therapy can be daunting, but I aim to make our therapeutic relationship as comfortable and supportive as possible. My goal is to be someone you feel at ease talking to so that you can freely share and explore your thoughts and feelings. I know how intimidating it can be to bare your soul to a stranger, so I want to work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship so we can tackle your needs as a team. I firmly believe that mental health has to start from a sort of ground-up perspective. In order to control your feelings, emotions, and reactions, you have to understand them and be able to respond to them using tools that meet you where you’re at. I practice primarily using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and family systems theory. In our sessions, we will use an eclectic mix of various therapeutic frameworks to best meet your needs. In session, this may look like guided meditations, processing past traumas, exploring family dynamics, and cognitive reprogramming techniques. By utilizing a mix of modalities, we can work together to find ways to best respond to the difficulties and struggles you may be facing, and hopefully overall improve your quality of life.
Feeling stuck in a rut? Feeling stressed and overwhelmed? In a safe and supportive environment you will gain insight and learn specific skills so you can get back on track and start living a more fulfilling life.

With 17 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in supporting children and young adults. My clinical practice is dedicated to helping young individuals navigate emotional and social challenges that accompany life transitions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or school-related issues, I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings and develop a plan to become the best version of you!
Traditional therapy can often feel like endless conversations with relatively limited results. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, unwanted habits and addictions and you’re ready to make change using concrete techniques, I can help. My clients learn to change their thoughts and feelings with steadfast results. I use the TEAM-CBT approach to therapy that is both efficient and effective in creating lasting change. We will identify your unique needs, develop an effective treatment plan, and utilize powerful techniques that last a lifetime. My clients find that the process itself gives them the confidence to carry out the plan because it is clear and makes sense. Your commitment to the process, like homework in-between sessions, also makes this treatment effective. Throughout it, we’ll monitor your progress to ensure you’re on the right track to healing and wellness. My confidence in this process is grounded in 20 years of experience, my CBT certification through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and my training and affiliation with the Feeling Good Institute. I am committed to working with diverse clients using a culturally responsive approach because the trust that comes with this understanding and empathy, are also vital to the way we work together. Many of my clients reach their goals within 8 to 12 hour long weekly sessions. An intensive format (longer sessions over a shorter period of time) is also an option if that works better for you. If you're interested in a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit, I'd love to connect with you.

I provide relational, culturally responsive therapy that centers your lived experiences and honors the ways your relationships, history, and identity shape who you are today. I approach therapy as a collaborative space where we can slow down, reflect, and better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress or disconnection. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational cultural therapy. This means I pay close attention to how past and present relationships influence emotions, behaviors, and self-understanding, and how growth often happens through connection, authenticity, and mutual understanding. I also integrate trauma-informed and strengths-based
Most of my 25 plus years of practice have been spent working with adolescents and young adults. I have done so within classrooms as a teacher as well as in my office in private practice. I am specifically aware of the increasing demands placed upon young people to excel whether those demands are internal, external or both. My clients will tell you that they never have to wonder what I am thinking as I am fairly direct in my approach. My experience has been that, tempered with a good sense of humor and genuine concern, this style allows for lasting change. In this time of telehealth, I have night and weekend video appointments available as well.

I'm a creative arts therapist trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. That's just a fancy way of saying that I help people work through overwhelming thoughts, feelings and experiences with a blend of talk, music, artmaking and mindfulness. I work with every client to figure out the right balance, but the goal is the same: helping you feel less overwhelmed so that you can live the life you'd always hoped you would.
I have been in practice for over 30 years. My practice specializes in anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, phobias, and "life issues." I see college students dealing with stress and anxiety relating to college, career decisions, relationship issues. Also see people who are struggling with bereavement, adoption issues. I work with people of different ages/stages: Young adults, mid-life and senior citizens. When dealing with life issues and anxiety I use Cognitive/Behavioral therapy techniques as well as psychodynamic techniques. When dealing with phobias, I believe in helping patients learn techniques to help relieve some of their anxiety symptoms and then working on their thoughts/cognitions which effect how they talk to themselves. My philosophy is : Life is to be enjoyed, not endured. Isn't it time you started enjoying yours.
I've specialized in helping college students through tough times for almost two decades. Through a warm, down-to-earth, collaborative approach I'll partner with you to achieve your goals for change and find peace with the way life is. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a focus on mindfulness and your unique strengths, I can help you understand and change unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My specialty areas include managing anxiety, coping with stress around relationships, family, work, life and world transitions, improving self esteem and living with ADHD. Through our work you'll develop a better awareness of who you are, what you want and how to get it. I'll help you discover and feel confident in yourself, and figure out how to live the life you desire. Together we'll identify problem areas or places where you feel stuck and find new ways of responding to create more enjoyable, fulfilling outcomes. Change is always possible, even when problems feel insurmountable. Making an appointment for therapy is often a brave first step in the healing and growth process. I offer a free, initial phone consultation to see if we'd be a good fit. Any time you're are ready to chat, I'd love to hear from you.
My 25+ years of experience includes working with survivors of trauma and violence; intimate partner violence; depression; anxiety and panic; stress management; individuals with histories in foster care; infertility; and parenting- particularly single parenting. The foundation of my practice are trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, and I have pursued additional training in solution-focused techniques, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My work is holistic and integrative, considering the interplay of mind and body and selecting from a variety of modalities to best suit you in our work together.
I have years of experience working with folks of all ages in various settings towards their mental health and life goals. With curiosity, humor, and compassion, I strive to create a space to explore the oftentimes messy worlds within and around us. I believe we all have an innate profound ability to heal ourselves that can be activated with the right support. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, establishing/maintaining routines, and supporting those with chronic health challenges primarily - though I have experience with a wide array of life conditions. While the work is often grounded in psychodynamic and CBT approaches, other healing modalities are incorporated as well. You can expect that goals, values, and identities, what makes us-us will be explored, and often guides the process. I welcome any questions you may have, and look forward to hearing from you.

Life can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, or big life changes. I offer a supportive space to slow down, talk things through, and start feeling more steady again. Care is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your experience. My work centers on psychiatric care that combines conversation, practical therapy tools, and medication management, so our visits support both how you’re feeling and how you function in everyday life. My practice focuses on psychiatric care that includes both medication management and therapy-informed support, so our work together always addresses treatment and conversation in the same space. For psychotherapy, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment challenges, and major life transitions, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical skills, clarity, and confidence. For medication management, I treat a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, mood changes, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, sleep problems, and many other concerns. My approach combines traditional psychiatric treatments with holistic practices such as mindfulness and emotional well-being techniques, fostering balance and resilience while treating the whole person. You don’t have to have everything figured out to get started. This is simply a place to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward feeling more like yourself again.
College is constantly marketed as "the best years of your life," but honestly? Most days it just feels like a high-pressure cycle of performing, over-thinking, and trying to keep your head above water. Maybe you’ve done everything "right"—you’re passing the classes, you’ve got the internship, and your LinkedIn looks great—but on the inside, you’re dealing with major anxiety, burnout, or just a heavy sense of “is this it?” It’s exhausting to feel like you’re just going through the motions while everyone else seems to have their life together. I’m not here to lecture you or give you a "to-do" list. I provide a real, non-judgmental space where you can finally just breathe and be yourself. Using a mix of IFS and Narrative therapy, we’ll look at the patterns holding you back and help you figure out who you actually want to be—not who your parents, your professors, or your peers expect you to be. You deserve to feel grounded and at peace, even when the future feels like one big question mark. Let’s work together so you can stop just getting by and start leading your own life.
Life is about transitions! I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with adjustment to college, women’s issues, grief, body image, trauma, aging parents, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. I work within a feminist lens, using a health at every size and trauma-informed approach. I’m happy to do a free consultation with you so that you get to ask any questions and can see if I may be a good match for you.
Personalized Psychology tailors our treatment approach to your needs. We use both evidence-based and supportive methods to find what works best for you. We create a warm nonjudgmental atmosphere so starting therapy doesn’t feel scary!
