College is a time of change—new experiences, growing independence, and sometimes, overwhelming stress. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or struggling with a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Rachel Boll, LPC, and I specialize in helping college students like you find clarity, confidence, and relief from stress, anxiety, and past trauma. How I Can Help Many students come to me feeling burned out, lost, or weighed down by experiences they haven’t fully processed. Maybe you’re: ✔ Struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt ✔ Feeling stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you ✔ Navigating a major transition—graduation, changing relationships, or redefining your identity ✔ Carrying the weight of past trauma and ready to heal I use a holistic, mind-body approach, incorporating EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy to help you work through stress, anxiety, and trauma in a way that feels right for you. What It’s Like to Work with Me Therapy isn’t about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about giving you the space, tools, and support to feel more grounded, clear, and empowered. My style is warm, interactive, and down-to-earth. We’ll move at your pace, exploring what feels most important to you. If you’re ready to start feeling more in control of your life, I’d love to support you.
Hello. I work with neurodivergent adults, especially those who identify as late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed. My practice centers on helping clients understand their internal experiences, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable ways of moving through the world. I use expressive arts methods for clients who benefit from nonverbal processing, sensory-based exploration, or creative approaches to self-regulation. My work is grounded in validating lived experience, supporting identity development, and offering practical strategies that align with each client’s nervous system and needs.
Hi There! My practice specializes in folks struggling with anxiety, ocd, disordered eating and related concerns. I am a health at every size informed provider (meaning, all bodies are deserving of the same care without criticism and my practice will never include recommending intentional weight loss). While I don’t advertise myself as specializing in LGBTQIA+ areas, this is a population that regularly struggles with disordered eating and anxiety concerns and I am comfortable working with and am an advocate for informed, compassionate care for this population. Please review my website to learn more about me and my approach and feel free to reach out with questions

Do you feel like the person everyone counts on--the friend who always has advice, the one who never misses a deadline, the kid your family calls when something goes wrong--while inside you're running on fumes? Between classes, jobs, relationships, and the pressure to have your whole future figured out, it's easy to end up exhausted and still saying yes to one more thing. I work with college students on anxiety, boundaries, and the transitions that come with this stage of life--moving away from home for the first time, figuring out who you are outside your family's expectations, navigating friendships and relationships that are more complicated than anyone warned you about. I also love career and major counseling: helping you sort through the "what am I even doing with my life" spiral with some actual structure instead of just more overwhelm. Sessions are collaborative. We'll start by talking through what's actually going on for you--not just the symptoms, but the patterns underneath them--and build a plan from there using tools that fit your life, not a one-size-fits-all script. I bring warmth, a sense of humor, and real engagement to our work together; you won't get a therapist who just nods and takes notes. I keep a limited number of sliding scale spots open for students who need them. Sessions are normally $230 ($330 for the intake), with reduced rates depending on your circumstances. You pick the tier that fits; no explanation or paperwork required. Cost shouldn't be the reason you don't get support. Sessions are virtual, so you can meet from your dorm, apartment, or wherever you're staying in Oregon. I'm a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.) with over a decade of experience, and I'd love to help you find a little more balance in the middle of all of this. I aim to create an environment that is respectful, supportive, and collaborative. My approach to therapy is primarily based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A core idea in ACT is that trying too hard to get rid of or control our emotions tends to backfire. Thus, instead of trying to get rid of unwanted thoughts, feelings, or emotions, I will help you learn to react differently to them so that you can keep your focus on living a meaningful and fulfilling life based on what’s important to you. This type of approach places your values at the center of therapy. Using your values and existing strengths as a foundation, we will work together to set meaningful goals to address your concerns –whether they relate to life transitions, depression, anxiety, body image, grief/loss, job or academic stress, or gender and sexuality. I have extensive training in working with transgender and gender diverse adults, youth, and families. Transgender clients seeking assessment or counseling services can expect a safe space, and respectful, non-pathologizing, collaborative care. If you are looking for someone to work with regarding gender identity and exploration, I can provide education, support, preparation, and, if indicated, reports/letters for surgery.
I often work with clients who struggle with anxiety and depressive disorders, historic and/or complex trauma, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ issues, BIPOC/POC issues, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, emotion-focused, and integrative based on other therapeutic modalities (e.g., Mindfulness, ACT, Parts Work), and collaborate with my clients on what would work best for them and their needs.
My passion lies in supporting people who may feel stuck, stagnant, or caught in repeating patterns, and who are ready to try something different. The journey forward isn’t always easy, but the support of a compassionate therapist can help you find your way. I strive to create a nurturing space where you can unpack your experiences, reflect deeply, and begin to explore, challenge, and redefine how you show up for yourself and in your life. I warmly welcome individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and orientations. My areas of expertise includes racial and cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and the challenges of navigating multicultural or bicultural worlds, or those living at the intersections of multiple identities. I practice from a social justice, multicultural, trauma informed, and anti-oppressive framework, ensuring that our work together is inclusive, affirming, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are seen, heard, and valued. A space that honors the depth, complexity, and richness of your lived experience. Hi there! I love working with college students on anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and figuring out adulting. Trauma therapy is a specialty of mine- I'm trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (also known as parts work). As your therapist, my main goal is to be present with you and teach you how to be present with yourself. I currently have openings Tues, Wed, and Thurs mornings with Aetna and PacificSource insurances. Reach out to me via email if it sounds like a good fit!
Therapy is completely different for each individual because everyone is going through different issues and have personalized goals. From a strengths-based perspective, I work to empower clients to gain the skills necessary to address and resolve problems, change behaviors, improve relationships and navigate and cope with stressors. During your session, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, habits, and experiences to gain a better understanding of yourself and to develop coping skills to achieve goals and improve your well-being. I place a strong emphasis on developing insight and empathy within a non-judgmental and compassionate environment. I have over 14 years of experience practicing as a nurse and working within social services providing counseling and care coordination to adolescents, adults, and families. My therapeutic background is rooted in medical and health psychology, assisting individuals and families coping with normal or unwanted transitions, chronic illness, end of life issues, and those experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers and I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Are you tired of being tired? Have you ever wonder if there is more to life than just mere survival? Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or relationship problems and not sure how therapy can help? You are not alone. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 11 years and have assisted many clients from diverse backgrounds with some, at the root, very fundamental issues of existence including meaning, isolation and choice. Psychotherapy is not only meaningful work for me, but a craft that necessitates continuous personal and professional growth. I look forward to hearing from you and working together
I have one of the best jobs on the planet! Being asked and invited to be with someone in the process of healing and change is a true privilege and deeply meaningful to me. With over 14 years of experience working with students and young adults, I enjoy working with students from all backgrounds and a wide array of presenting concerns. Some of the areas I specialize in and frequently work with are: - Trauma recovery (particularly complex, developmental, and family trauma) - LGBTQIA2S+ students - Graduate and international students - Relationships (of all kinds) - Men's issues - Identity - Neurodivergence - Family-of-origin - Living in recovery I am passionate about social justice advocacy and supporting students in understanding and navigating their multiple, intersecting social identities. Students who I work with describe me as warm, caring, honest, and authentic. My therapy style is relational, process-focused, and experiential. This means that I will guide us in using the relationship between you and I as a space to support your growth and change. It also means that both the content of therapy (what we are talking about) and the process of therapy (what is happening as we are talking and interacting) are both important for us to engage with. Lastly, it means that I will offer activities ("exploring by doing") that will help you learn more about yourself, develop new choices, and have new experiences in support of your therapy goals. If something here interests you and you’d like to explore working together, I’d love to hear from you!

I see therapy as a place for people to be deeply understood and gently challenged to take action on what they value most. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to support what is already working for you, including your innate resilience and knowledge, while also targeting areas of struggle. I recognize that healing and change happen in the context of genuine, consistent, and intentional relationships, and strive to bring these things into therapy along with techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also deeply value feminist, queer, and liberation psychologies and draw upon these wisdoms to explore the struggle of being human from a social justice lens. Relatedly, my understanding of systems of oppression, and therefore my orientation to therapeutic practice, are informed by my identities as a White, Jewish, pansexual cisgender woman.
I love working with young people as they get to know themselves, embark on new opportunities, and grapple with difficult emotional and relational challenges. Sometimes people notice that unresolved grief or trauma comes up for them during a life transition and I am here to support. I offer a welcoming, non judgmental space to talk through what is coming up for you. Change and healing is hard and you shouldn't have to do it alone.
I provide a safe and supportive environment to work in collaboration with you to manage mood and anxiety concerns and, if you are struggling specifically with disordered eating, the support to challenge eating disorder behavior. I strive to balance this with providing honest open reflection to help meet you where you are. I utilize the exploration of unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns meeting clients where they are at in the process of change and helping them progress.
