Hi, I’m Avery. I specialize in supporting women 18+ who are struggling with symptoms related to ADHD. Whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD since childhood, or are suspecting that ADHD is impacting you now that you've started college, I can support you. I offer virtual and in-person individual therapy, as well as ADHD assessments and group therapy for women with ADHD. You deserve to learn how to thrive with your ADHD brain.
I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety/depression, grief, family of origin issues, relationship stress, trauma (old and new) and self confidence concerns. I am certified in Mental Health Integrative Practices and lean towards the most holistic, natural methods of healing and wellness. I tailor my approach to each individuals' needs and consider the entire person (mind, body, spirit, energy, etc.). Every person has the incredible ability to change, grow, and heal and sometimes it's easier to do that with someone's support and perspective. If you're ready to grow in your self-awareness and develop behaviors that serve you positively in your life, reach out and let's get started!
If you’re struggling with an eating disorder or trauma you may feel stuck in cycles that once helped you cope but now feel overwhelming, isolating, or out of control. I specialize in supporting individuals healing from eating disorders and attachment-related trauma. Disordered eating often develops as a way to cope. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while building safer, more sustainable ways to cope. I hold advanced training in eating disorder treatment, am an Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), and am fully trained in EMDR to help process trauma at the root, not just manage symptoms. At EmBODY Confidence, we support neurodivergent women and teens who struggle with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. Our approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and self-understanding, helping you feel truly at home in your body without shame or apology. You want to trust your emotions, take up space, eat without guilt, and show up fully in your life. We are here to help you get there with compassion, clarity, and courage. Together, we explore the deeper roots of your struggles, build awareness of the systems that created them, and develop tools for lasting change. We work collaboratively, because you know yourself and your body best. We are a fat-positive, anti-diet, LGBTQIA+, and gender-affirming practice aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES). EmBODY Confidence is neurodivergent-affirming and committed to creating a space where every body, identity, and mind is welcomed and safe. Research shows that neurodivergent women and LGBTQIA+ individuals are more likely to experience eating disorders or disordered eating patterns than cisgender individuals. Unfortunately, traditional treatment models often fail to meet their unique needs. Our work bridges that gap with affirming, specialized care designed specifically for you. You do not have to do this alone. Healing is possible and you are absolutely worthy of it.
Hello! My name is Halley and, as a therapist, it is my intention to look beyond the symptoms being presented to identify the root of the problem and to make space for you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a label. This often looks like examining our most intimate relationships, the family system, and what connections or patterns exist between the two. If you find yourself often wondering "Why am I like this?" and "Why does this keep happening?,” then we may be a good fit - especially if you have been in therapy before, feel like you have the tools or knowledge, and like you should be able to do something differently. It is my belief that our most intimate relationships impact us and how we move through the world. My hope is to help you look at those relationships, to better understand them, and to identify your role in creating your own experience. I often attempt to do this by asking questions, making observations, and inviting you to do the same. Therapy is messy. Therapy is not linear. Therapy is a process. I would be honored to be a part of yours and be alongside you as you learn about yourself while achieving the long-term healing and awareness that you deserve.
I am a board-certified psychiatrist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. For me, being a physician is more than a profession—it is a vocation to help indviduals flourish. My practice is devoted to students and young adults seeking thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that extends beyond symptom relief. I provide comprehensive evaluations that consider medical, nutritional, lifestyle, and psychological factors—including laboratory testing when clinically appropriate—to identify the contributors to emotional and cognitive health. I also specialize in evidence-based de-prescribing for patients who wish to reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications for anxiety, attention difficulties, or substance use disorders. My approach is guided by precision, humility, and restraint: using the least intensive intervention necessary while drawing upon the full breadth of evidence-based medicine. Depending on each patient's needs and goals, I integrate psychotherapy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, exercise, targeted supplementation, and, when appropriate, carefully selected medications into a personalized treatment plan. In addition to my clinical work, I have presented internationally on psychiatric deprescribing and medical ethics. My work has been recognized with awards from the American Psychiatric Association, the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions, the American Psychoanalytic Association, and other leading professional organizations. I am the Founder & Medical Director of Verigrate Health. I am licensed to serve patients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Lousiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin.

Brynne has a history of working with college age students in an outpatient setting. Brynne works with students in all stages of their college experience. From students who are taking 1-2 classes to students who are in technical schools to students working on certificates to students who are non-traditional students to students who are working on their associates to their bachelors, master’s, PhD and/or MD degrees. She has assisted young adults with navigating the transition to college, learning coping skills and life skills, and managing evolving relationships and life stressors while adjusting to setting safe and healthy boundaries in their lives. Brynne also has a history of working with students who have moved from other countries to pursue their education in the United States of America. She has worked with the students to assist them in working through their emotions related to becoming acclimated to a new country, learning/incorporating new cultural norms, navigating familial expectations and other feelings as they arise.
Many of the students I work with are navigating a lot internally—stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling unsure about their path. You might find yourself overthinking, putting pressure on yourself to have everything figured out, or struggling in relationships while trying to balance it all. You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside, but feel overwhelmed or stuck underneath. You don’t have to have everything figured out. If you’re open to growing, gaining clarity, and building a stronger relationship with yourself, we’d likely work well together.

My name is Dr. Kristen English, and I am a Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist. I work extensively with young- and established-adults, families, and elderly populations. I strive to create genuine therapeutic relationships with clients based on trust and sincerity. We collaborate through curiosity and creativity, as clients and I seek to identify clients' strengths and their inner resources (so often already there, but not yet acknowledged) for navigating life's really tough moments. I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based style while drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative techniques as I support clients' development of self-worth, flexibility, and self-compassion. We work toward positive growth and change and toward the development of nourishing, supportive relationships. I am currently conducting all sessions through telehealth and am so excited to bring these therapeutic conversations into clients’ homes, apartments, dorm rooms, and work spaces! Thanks for inviting me in!
