Finding calm and clarity when your mind won’t slow down is possible. I can guide the way. We have more influence over our thoughts than we realize. In our work, you’ll learn to approach your thinking more intentionally. As your thoughts change, you’ll start to notice changes in how you feel, the choices you make, and how you move through your life. I help clients slow things down, make sense of what’s been difficult, and address the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. This often includes working through anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma and past experiences. I also support women navigating life transitions, helping them feel more grounded and steady through change. My approach is thoughtful and practical, combining insight with tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
We are a group of therapists in Denver who have a passion for helping young adults live their best lives. We provide a safe space to process past trauma and current life events in order to learn from them and figure out how to heal and avoid toxic patterns moving forward. We believe that therapy works best when it involves back and forth conversation and active involvement on our part. We aim to be warm, funny, empathetic, and create a strong relationship where there are no "off limit" topics.

I am here to help. Feelings of sadness, stress, negative thoughts, and overwhelming struggles can sometimes be too difficult to fight on your own. Sometimes it takes someone else’s support for you to begin to make changes yourself. We can work together to support you in making your days great.
My primary goal is to empower individuals in achieving our fullest potential by providing an environment where they can feel heard and understood, and where they can work towards personal growth, self-awareness, and healing. I am passionate about working with people recovering from narcissistic abuse. I believe in the importance of treating the whole person in a holistic approach to healing. Whether talking about anxiety to depression to specific life stressors to complex trauma, I'm here to walk alongside individuals as they identify their paths forward in an enriching and centered life. Services are delivered via telehealth. I enjoy a strengths-based approach to therapy. I have found parts work to be quite helpful. I am EMDR trained. Overall, my approach is that I consult the client, not the theory or methodology. As a result, I'm eclectic in my approach and work to personalize counseling services. I can work with CBT methods as a supplement to other methods. If you are struggling with the aftermath of trauma, including complex trauma, and are seeking support, I am here to help. My goal is to help people navigate recovery from complex trauma by learning inherent patterns that result from it. Please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a consultation or to learn more about my approach to therapy.
Hello! I am a clinical psychologist specializing in supporting individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, how they relate to others and all of life. My style is warm, active, and genuine. I strongly believe in the importance of building an authentic and trusting relationship for therapy to be effective. I work from a relational framework, also drawing from my training in attachment theory, mindfulness, third-wave cognitive-behavioral (ACT, DBT) and interpersonal therapies. My approach is always grounded in compassion and curiosity for how my clients experience themselves and the world. I am a California native and completed my graduate education through Stanford before moving to Colorado in 2020. I worked in university counseling for two years as a predoctoral intern and postdoctoral fellow at CU Boulder’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services and love working with students in my private practice. I address a wide range of concerns, most commonly including relationship difficulties, existential issues, anxiety, and depression. As a first-generation immigrant, I am particularly fascinated by the impact of culture on identity and relationships. While challenging at times, I believe therapy can be extremely rewarding and even fun – humor is healing, and I laugh with my clients often! I currently have in-person availability on Mondays and Tuesdays in Denver and throughout the week virtually.

Hi! I’m Kimberly Carlin, LPC, and I work with women over 18 who want support navigating the ups and downs of life. Between work, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal growth, it’s normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to cope. I help women work through: * Anxiety, stress, and burnout * Relationship challenges and setting boundaries * Trauma or emotional abuse * Grief or major life transitions * Body image and disordered eating * Pressure to be “perfect” or meet high expectations * Life transitions such as parenting, career changes, or caregiving responsibilities Here’s what therapy with me looks like: CBT: Helps you spot unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier ones. ACT: Teaches you to accept feelings and focus on what matters most. Somatic Therapy: Uses your body to release stored stress, tension, and anxiety. IFS (Internal Family Systems): Helps you explore different parts of yourself and understand conflicting thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Inner Child Work: Helps you understand how past experiences shape your feelings today. EMDR: A specialized approach that helps painful memories feel less overwhelming. Christian Counseling and Prayer (optional): For women who desire, therapy can integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and exploring God’s perspective of who you are to guide healing, self-worth, and decision-making. I provide online therapy and am licensed in multiple states, so you can continue care even if you travel, work remotely or move. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build tools to navigate life with more confidence, self-compassion, and faith-based guidance if desired. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling with relationships, wanting to process trauma, or navigating major life transitions, I’m here to support you. My professional experience has provided opportunities to work in a variety of clinical settings including correctional & substance abuse facilities. However, my work as a Child Welfare Caseworker has strongly driven my passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults as it relates to previous & current trauma, adoption, attachment, and relationship issues. Also specializing in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment, and other areas of concern. Together we will explore how negative thoughts and experiences have reinforced the perception of oneself and outside world, and how to replace negative thinking patterns to increase self-worth leading to fulfilling relationships and connections. I view the counseling process as forming a trusting relationship with you to explore the nature of who you are, why you are, and the nature of the problems you face. I use an eclectic approach including a variety of counseling theories to meet an individual where they are at as a way to address their personal needs. I am passionate about helping individuals determine or rediscover their values and beliefs which create their true authentic self, as my work is grounded in empathy, non-judgement, and inclusivity. Finding the right therapist to meet your needs is crucial, I am available as you take the next steps toward your mental health.

I provide telehealth sessions curated toward your specific needs. My approach is dual-prong--coping skills and processing skills.
