Hey there! You might be here because you or your teen are facing a major transition and feeling unsure how to navigate it with confidence. I work with college-bound teens, parents supporting this transition, and young adults or professionals finding their footing. Often, there’s anxiety, pressure to get things “right,” and self-doubt beneath the surface. Clients want clarity, balance, and tools to manage stress while building trust in themselves. Together, we focus on feeling more grounded, capable, and supported through change—so you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Oakley, my Therapy Dog can help too! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach with over 20 years of experience supporting college-bound teens, parents, and young adults. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and confidence-building, helping clients develop practical tools, clarity, and resilience during pivotal stages of life. Big transitions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying pressure, self-doubt, or uncertainty about what’s next. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and regain confidence. You don’t have to navigate this season alone—and support can make all the difference.

My name is Rebecca Razumny, and I’m both a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. I specialize in working with adolescent girls and adult women diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder—particularly those who have spent years masking, struggling with executive functioning, and navigating chronic emotional overwhelm. I launched my virtual private practice in 2022 and currently offer both individual and group counseling through telehealth. My therapeutic approach blends clinical insight, neurodivergent-affirming care, and behavior science. I work extensively with women who are coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, burnout from masking, academic anxiety, and difficulties with social-emotional regulation. My goal is to support my clients in reconnecting with their authentic identity and building sustainable strategies for success. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure a strong clinical fit. I accept most major insurance plans as well as private pay.

People seek counseling / therapy for many reasons - to gain understanding and insights, make changes, process experiences, for support and encouragement, and many others. Whether you are looking for a safe place to discuss whatever is on your mind, are interested in making life changes, or just want to give therapy a try, I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and see how I may be able to help. You can count on me to be reliable, truthful, and kind. My approach to therapy recognizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship. I identify as queer and specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I am an affirming practitioner. I have over 20 years of experience working with college and graduate students in college counseling centers, and as a result I've had the privilege of working with many people from all around the world. My therapeutic approach is culturally informed and integrates a whole-person perspective along with socio-cultural/political awareness and acknowledgement of the impact of systemic barriers on functioning. I am mindful of my own areas of privilege and how I show up in spaces and may be perceived by others. I attend to how I perceive others based on my own life experiences. I'm always working to educate myself and challenge my assumptions and biases. I read, try to keep up on the news (around the world, not just in the U.S.), and try to engage in conversations with people from various backgrounds. If you would like to have a brief, introductory conversation to discuss what you are looking for and how I may be able to help, please give me a call or send an email. An initial screening consultation is free. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm Andi (pronouns: she/they). I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington and Massachusetts, and I have been practicing since 2010. Therapy with me is fluid, and involves a mixture of deep processing and more structured skill building. I specialize in supporting adults from a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, somatic, social justice and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, and am intimately aware of the particular challenges of Asian Americans, marginalized groups and the immigrant experience. I provide a relatable, compassionate and open space, where you can explore all aspects of yourself, and feel heard, seen and known. I believe we all have the innate capacity to heal and transform. Therapy with me is holistic - engaging your mind, body, emotions and spirit - focusing on concrete skills and strategies for tangible relief in your day to day, as well as deep understanding and establishing a greater sense of self, ease and freedom to “just be”. Thank you for considering me as a potential support in your journey. I'm happy to answer any questions you have in a free 15-minute consultation.

Welcome to Unspoken Roots Psychotherapy! My name is Edward Chan, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Unspoken Roots Psychotherapy. I specialize in supporting Asian American college students and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges that can come from balancing personal goals, family expectations, cultural values, and the pressures of academic and professional success. Many Asian American students grow up carrying messages about achievement, responsibility, sacrifice, and making their families proud. While these values can be sources of strength, they can also contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, burnout, difficulty setting boundaries, and a persistent feeling of never being "good enough." You may find yourself succeeding on paper while privately struggling with stress, loneliness, imposter syndrome, or uncertainty about who you are beyond what you accomplish. Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore these experiences without judgment. Together, we can better understand the influences that have shaped you, process the challenges you're facing, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, build self-confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels aligned with your own values—not just the expectations placed upon you. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and insight-oriented therapy while remaining sensitive to the cultural, familial, and identity-related experiences that many Asian American students navigate. Whether you're struggling with academic pressure, family dynamics, relationships, career decisions, or your sense of belonging, you don't have to carry it alone. At Unspoken Roots Psychotherapy, I strive to create a space where the experiences that often go unspoken can be explored openly, helping you cultivate greater self-understanding, balance, and fulfillment as you navigate college and beyond.

I enjoy providing a compassionate, emotionally-attuned space for you to understand how earlier life experiences have influenced your thoughts, feelings and behaviors- whether you are embarking on your own self-discovery journey, navigating a difficult life transition, processing a painful past experience, or managing persistent thoughts and feelings that you are unsure how to change. Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation queer Latinx, I strive to create an accessible, inclusive and validating space in which you can explore your own authenticity and cultivate your own empowerment. I work with you to integrate your physical and cognitive experiences- identifying patterns that stand in the way of the life you desire. In addition, I utilize EMDR, CBT and solution-focused techniques to support your transition from thought to action.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m a nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, and I believe the best care happens when we work together. As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I look at your mental and physical health as parts of the same, connected story—not separate issues. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard. I take a holistic and individualized approach, helping you understand what’s behind your symptoms, explore treatment options in clear, practical terms, and build strategies that fit your life and goals. I’ve supported people from late adolescence through older adulthood as they navigate life’s transitions. I have worked with young adults facing career transitions and the stress that often comes with major life changes. I also help individuals manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. Whether you’re continuing a treatment plan that’s already helping or seeking psychiatric care for the first time, I’ll meet you where you are. Some clients arrive feeling the weight of their anxiety. Others are in the middle of a transition—navigating changes in relationships, family dynamics, or adjusting to a new diagnosis or ongoing health condition. These transition moments can bring a level of uncertainty that’s hard to tolerate and often lead to second-guessing, especially when your body or health begins to feel unpredictable or outside of your control. I also work with individuals who experience intrusive thoughts or feel caught in patterns meant to prevent something bad from happening. These thoughts can feel unsettling or even at odds with who you are—making them confusing, distressing, and difficult to talk about. For some, these experiences are connected to obsessive-compulsive patterns (often referred to as OCD), even if that’s not a term you’ve used for yourself before. There are effective, evidence-based ways to work with OCD patterns, and we can talk through what that might look like for you. At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is a collaborative process. You should want to talk to your therapist, and from the very beginning, I focus on creating a space where you can talk openly about what’s actually on your mind. The relationship between therapist and client matters deeply. Meaningful change tends to happen when people feel understood, respected, and able to show up honestly— even when what they’re bringing to session feels messy, confusing, or hard to put into words. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and no single approach works for every person or every situation. I draw from a range of approaches and tailor the work to each client’s needs, goals, and experiences. Depending on what feels most helpful, this might include building a clearer understanding of the patterns you’re caught in, exploring where those patterns come from, or finding new ways to respond to them. Across all of this, my focus is on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck so they begin to have less of a hold on you over time.
