At Global Wellness Pathways, we help you unlock the human potential that already lives within you. Too often, individuals and organizations operate from a mindset of what they can do, not what they’re truly capable of or willing to pursue. The stories you feed your mind can either limit your growth or fuel the fire within to actualize your highest potential. Our mission is to help you break through the limiting beliefs that are currently holding you back. We will help you build a personalized blueprint for success: one that aligns with your personal values and vision. Through coaching, consulting, and intentional ideation, we turn insight into strategy and strategy into action using SMART goals that lead to real, measurable progress. Life will throw you curveballs. Your job is to build the resilience to hit them out of the park. At Global Wellness Pathways, we’ll help you train that muscle and thrive. Join a workshop or schedule a coaching or consultation session to learn how.

My role will be to speed up your brain’s natural healing process by providing skills and interventions specific to your needs, using humor and levity along the way. I've seen how powerful this work can be, and I'd love to partner with you on this journey. Building the right connection matters, so let's start with a conversation to see if we're a good fit! As a therapist I focus on developing a greater sense of awareness and presence. I believe that we all want to be understood and accepted at a deep level. I respect your courage and time investment to be willing to look within and make uncomfortable changes. I work in collaborative way and strive to create a safe, accepting and caring environment that I hope is also challenging and insightful to my clients. committed to resolving unhealthy thinking, perceptions, and behaviors. My goal is to work interactively with you to identify flawed schemas that no longer serve you to come together to build new patterns of being. I'm not the kind of therapist who nods & asks: "How do you feel about that?" My approach is integrative and I am trained in IFS, EMDR, and Psychodynamic modalities.
The world is intense right now, isn’t it? And on top of it all, you're having to juggle school, a social life, and everything else! I imagine you might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tense, stuck, lonely, ashamed, worried, sad, or any other number of feelings. Or maybe you just feel numb or not sure what you’re feeling anymore. That’s okay. All of you is welcome here. I’m here to support you wherever you are, working together to explore your world and where to go from here. Whether it be the systems we live in, events from your past or present, the patterns inside you, connections in your life, or something else that brings you here, we will explore next steps together. My counseling style integrates many different elements. I am person-centered, where I seek to understand your experience from your perspective, and use multicultural counseling, where I consider the systems that impact your life. I am trauma-focused, trained in EMDR therapy and acute stress modalities to support you in moving through trauma, whether it be acute, ongoing, or long past. I also have a somatic focus, inviting your body’s wisdom and parts into the session, and an attachment-based lens, looking at how your early relationships influence how you relate to others now. I most often work with people who have experienced trauma, who have negative beliefs about themself they just can't shake, and/or who are in the LGBTQIA+ community, especially those who are trans* or gender expansive. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse people; individuals struggling with anxiety or grief; and people going through personal, spiritual, vocational, and relational transitions. I know the search for a counselor can be difficult because I have been there many times myself. Please reach out if you have any questions! I would love to connect and see if we might be a good fit to begin a counseling journey together. A little about me outside of being a counselor: I enjoy wandering in nature, dancing, reading, playing board games, and connecting with loved ones near and far. I also spend a fair bit of time on my own self-growth, including undoing racism within me, taking care of my wounded parts, and reaching out for support as needed.

I work best with students who are navigating big life transitions, managing stress, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations—whether that’s from school, family, relationships, or themselves. Many of the students I have seen are deep feelers who carry a lot on their shoulders but don’t always feel like they can ask for help. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or trauma from earlier life experiences. Therapy with me is a space to unpack all of that without pressure to be perfect. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just come as you are.
The college experience can be both amazing and stressful. Sometimes you might need someone to talk to, someone who won’t judge you or take away your independence. If you are looking for a new perspective on old challenges or a helping hand with new struggles, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
My clients are exhausted and overwhelmed like you. They are tired of doing their best to keep all these balls (school, work, parenting, relationships, self-care, health and wellbeing, sleep + more) up in the air (even though admittedly they are pretty darn good at it). But when they inevitably drop a few because something else pops up or they get tired, life feels messy and they are quick to place judgements on themselves. My clients are expert problem solvers and doers, who in the face of stress, just keep going. Some are the type of person who the people in their life lean on for support. Some have tried a number of ways to fix or problem solve their way our of their emotions or exhaustion. They find their coping to work for a little bit but aren't moving them towards the life they imagined for themselves. Some realize they aren't sure they can keep up with all of what needs to be done to feel "okay". When some of my clients do take time for themselves or the rest they need, their mind struggles with feeling guilty, worrying about what they "should" be doing for work/school/person (fill in the blank with any responsibility). I help my clients get clearer on their wants, needs, and values while addressing some of the downfalls that come with always doing, fixing, and over functioning. I approach my work with clients through use of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. These two approaches help support internal reflection and clarity along with experiential, skills-based, and mindfulness practices.
There may be points in our lives where circumstances, relationships or life events are impacting our well-being. My goal is to be a collaborative partner and a support as we navigate through the process of self-discovery, recovery and healing. It takes courage to take the first step and I want to respect and honor the vulnerability that comes with the process. However, there is hope and each client brings their inherent strengths and experience to the process. I work with various therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I also use other evidenced-based interventions including Motivational Interviewing (MI), somatic and mindfulness-based practices to best address the needs of each client. I am passionate about working with clients experiencing life transitions, depression, communication challenges, relationships issues, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, family issues, peer relationships, social connection, and young adult issues. I value working with students and enjoy helping others navigate what can be a challenging stage in life. Your journey is meaningful, and I am excited to share the process of discovery and growth with you and be a support by offering tools and skills to help you navigate through to reach your goals. I invite you to contact me today.

I proudly affirm and support clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. College and young adulthood can feel overwhelming at times. You may be dealing with pressure to succeed, overthinking, relationship stress, loneliness, burnout, uncertainty about the future, or feeling like you’re not fully yourself anymore. Even people who seem like they’re “doing fine” on the outside can feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected internally. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy is a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to help life feel more manageable and balanced. Therapy is not about being “broken.” It’s about gaining insight, learning healthier ways of coping, and building a stronger relationship with yourself. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, emotionally drained, or simply unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
