Each of us can benefit from additional support. Life can bring unexpected loss, seasons of change, or periods of suffering. Having a consistent space to process your experiences and work toward growth can help you find meaning and flourish. Our therapists are committed to your health and well-being. Whether you are seeking help with challenging life circumstances or desiring personal growth and development, our one-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician offer the valuable support to help you thrive. This enables you to complete your session in the comfort of your home and the environment of your choosing. This is tailored for your connivence so that you can incorporate therapy in your busy life.
Hi, I'm Sean. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome struggles related to anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and identity development. In therapy, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and create a plan to develop strategies to manage life challenges. In doing so, my goal is to create opportunities for you to come to know yourself more fully, to provide tools for you to connect with others more deeply, and to empower you to live a life more in line with your personal values. I am trained in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I often work using an integrated approach that emphasizes treating the whole person and incorporate elements of multiple modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. Change can be both terrifying and extremely powerful. I value meeting new clients where they are at in their journey, and working as a team to accomplish important goals.
