I am a highly qualified psychotherapist-counselor and licensed clinical social worker. I am committed to helping people navigate complex emotional and psychological issues. If you’re struggling with any kind of mental health issue, I am here to help you. I am currently pursuing Linehan Certification in DBT. I am also presenting a Certification in CBT at the Beck Institute. Additionally, I am working on becoming a Registered Play Therapist at the Family Play Therapy Center in Philadelphia. Lastly, I am pursuing certification as a group psychotherapist at the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
Have you ever thought, “Why is this happening to me?”, “I feel so alone,” or “Is this normal?” If so, you’re not alone—and I would love to support you. Whether you’re juggling the demands and transitions of daily life or navigating the complex and long-lasting effects of trauma, I can offer a safe and validating space where your experiences are heard, honored and supported. I provide couples’ and individual counseling for adolescents (ages 14+) and adults experiencing trauma, eating disorders, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), anxiety, depression, self-harm, and self-esteem challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I use a trauma-informed approach and draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. With a trauma-focused therapeutic style, I support individuals in understanding their emotional experiences, building regulation skills, and learning to cope in helpful and appropriate ways. Whether you’re ready to challenge unhelpful thought patterns or simply need someone to listen and hold space, I am here for you.
We all experience times of change, transition, and stress that can affect mood and anxiety. I offer an active, collaborative working relationship grounded in respect, transparency, and a deep desire to help clients heal and grow. Clients have remarked that I am particularly skilled in helping them navigate and grow through life transitions and take responsibility for and develop ways of coping and responding to life stresses that honor their multiple and intersecting identities and values, while also encouraging them to stretch, consider, and apply new perspectives and skills. I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist in a university counseling center and have extensive experience with undergraduate and graduate students. I am committed to helping people create and sustain a satisfying and purposeful life. With the intention of helping them move toward a greater sense of overall well-being, I enjoy working with clients around life transitions, career exploration, identity exploration, managing societally induced stress particularly related to marginalized identities, and those experiencing concerns related to career and work. I have extensive training and experience with mindfulness and integrate that into my therapeutic work. Beyond therapy, I provide Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses and mindfulness-based classes for groups. Please contact me to schedule a free, 15-minute phone conversation so we can talk more about what he's looking for, I can explain more about my practice, and we can see if it mutually feels like a good fit to take the next step and schedule an initial meeting.

Struggling with your relationship with sex, sexuality, and/or gender identity? I support you in working towards self acceptance and emotional regulation. I’ve spent a majority of my career working with young adults in transitional and transformative periods of their life, but I feel comfortable working with a wide range of ages and experiences. You're exhausted. Not just tired, exhausted. The kind that sleep doesn't touch. You've been holding it together, pushing through, showing up for everyone else. And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself. Maybe you've tried therapy before. Read the books, downloaded the apps, done the work. And yet here you are, same patterns, same weight, same wall. That doesn't mean you're broken. It means you haven't found the right fit yet. This is a space where you don't have to perform progress or have the perfect words ready. Just come as you are. About my approach: I use EMDR, Narrative, Emotion-Focused, and attachment-based approaches all grounded in cultural humility. But honestly? My clients usually come in expecting someone serious and clinical. Then they realize I laugh easily, I swear sometimes, and yes, I will absolutely do a mini chair-dance when you hit a milestone. No poker face here. About me: I'm a first-generation Latinx, LGBTQIA+ woman who grew up in a multigenerational household where family, community, and education weren't just values, they were survival. That lived experience shows up in how I work: with warmth, cultural humility, and full presence.
Anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma have held you back too long. You want to thrive, to feel like life is moving in a positive direction, that you have a purpose and that you’re no longer cycling through patterns that have only caused you more pain. You’re tired of feeling like you are going around in circles, feeling “stuck” but you're not exactly sure why. Maybe you can’t remember the last time you weren’t feeling anxious, exhausted, or doubting yourself. You’re curious about what a life full of intention, joy, and peace could be like but aren’t sure how to get there. I hear you; it’s time for a change. Clients come to me for compassionate, nonjudgmental support. With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, we’ll uncover your strengths and shift your life/relationships in ways that feel more authentic. You can feel safe to explore the areas in your life that could be better, and I’ll help you develop the mindfulness, awareness and skills you need to get there. As a therapist specializing in trauma modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I’ll help you feel secure enough to explore the root of any suffering, and capable enough to find the freedom that awaits you on the other side.

College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. You may be juggling academic pressure, relationships, identity questions, family expectations, or uncertainty about the future. Maybe you notice patterns in your relationships that don’t feel good, feel stuck in anxiety or low mood, or are struggling to cope with stress, loss, or change. If you’re looking for support, insight, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected, therapy can be a meaningful place to start. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, creating a space that is accepting, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Together, we’ll work to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing skills to navigate challenges more effectively. As you build awareness and learn to relate to yourself with greater kindness and presence, you may feel more confident handling stress, setting boundaries, and making choices that align with your values. I work with college students, adolescents, and adults. My primary approach, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), is especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, academic stress, and relationship concerns. I also have experience working with trauma, addiction, and gambling-related issues. My goal is to support you in developing resilience, strengthening your sense of identity, and creating a college experience—and life beyond campus—that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
Do you love each other but you just can't seem to talk without fighting lately? I specialize in helping parents, teens, individuals, and couples move from constant conflict and emotional distance to stronger, more secure connection. I aim to help you get back in healthier relationships with the ones you love most. Life is too hard to do it alone. Reach out for support today.
I am a warm, nonjudgmental, trauma-informed psychologist who is passionate about working with those struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, grief, depression, anxiety, substance use, and body image/disordered eating issues. After years in practice I can tell you one thing for certain, everyone has speed bumps in life. Sometimes the issues get bigger when we don’t deal with them. Psychotherapy that helps to bring about transformation will offer insights into the deeper motivations that lie outside of our conscious awareness in everyday encounters. Circle Counseling seeks to provide, through the therapeutic relationships formed between our clients and counselors, the opportunity for the client to risk new ways of relating and being in the world. Each client comes with unique strengths and unique hurts that, when fully explored, will bring to light new, more healthy ways of thinking, feeling, and acting in the world. The truth about ourselves is sometimes hard to see, hard to understand, and hard to admit, but in therapy these hard realities can be looked at within the safety of a caring, professional relationship. Let the truth set you free in new ways. Deepen your spirit and find new joy. We have 15 therapists ready to provide services.
At Cognitive Pursuits, I provide therapy for athletes and high-achieving professionals and academics who want to strengthen their mental health and enhance performance. With over a decade of clinical experience, including leadership roles at Thomas Jefferson University, I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, substance use, self-doubt, and burnout. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychotherapy, and existential psychotherapy—among other evidence-based techniques—to create a supportive, practical, and collaborative space where clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals. I offer both traditional therapy and Performance Anxiety Therapy Intensives — focused, short-term programs designed to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and develop effective strategies to perform at their best while maintaining balance and wellbeing. Services are available virtually to residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My name is Meghan Morley - I’m a licensed therapist, former NCAA athlete, and personal trainer. My background in both mental health and performance psychology allows me to understand the unique pressures faced by driven individuals—whether in competition, academics, or demanding careers. Before founding Cognitive Pursuits, I served as Clinical Operations Manager at Thomas Jefferson University’s Center on Community Substance Abuse Programs and currently am an adjunct professor at St. Joseph's University counseling graduate program. My work is grounded in the belief that high performance and wellbeing don’t have to compete. I help clients quiet mental noise, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of confidence and purpose that extends far beyond achievement alone.
I have been a licensed psychologist for over 15 years. I have worked with many young adults and college students, and helped them navigate transitions during this time of life. I offer both in person and online therapy so you can access help right from school or home. I am able to provide out of state telehealth if you are located in or travel to another state.
