Hi, I’m Kaila, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping college students overcome anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. Many of my clients struggle with constant overthinking, pressure to keep up with expectations, or feeling stuck between what they “should” be doing and what actually feels fulfilling. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes that support your well-being. My approach is collaborative and client-focused, designed to meet you where you are and support your individualized goals.
Welcome to Gray Dove Therapy! I'm Shelby Jacobs. I love working with students on relational issues, life transitions, personal growth/development, stress, and other issues common to the student population! I also offer spiritual counseling from a Christian perspective for those who are interested, and enjoy walking alongside those going through faith deconstruction, or who have left a high-control religious environment.
We are an organization that believes mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socio-economic status. We do this by providing an Affordable Counseling Program and overseeing a quality training program for graduate students in the mental health field. We also house like-minded holistic and mental health professionals who run their own private practices or conduct workshops and groups in our collaborative community.
I work with you to not just understand what's going on, but also to develop tools to help. Tools to stop panic attacks, tools to manage depression, tools to get organized and figure out what you want in life. We work together to see what works reliably for you. In addition to talking things through, in session and between sessions sometimes you might be writing, sometimes trying a challenging behavior change, sometimes engaging in mindfulness, and sometimes using visualizations. My aim is for you to feel better, and to know what to do to keep feeling better or help yourself if problems resurface. And I try to work efficiently with you, so you are back to your life (and ending therapy) as soon as makes sense for you. Give me a call to set up an initial (free) conversation, at 303-870-9195.
I work best with college students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to balance school, relationships, and life transitions. Many are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, or the impact of past experiences. My goal is to support students in healing, transforming unhelpful patterns, and building the tools they need to thrive—both in college and beyond.
Do you find yourself over-working in your job or school and under-connecting in relationships? Escaping via addiction while struggling with emotional pain, fear, loneliness, or shame? Maybe you just know something is wrong but aren’t even sure what to call it. If this sounds familiar, I can help. There are a lot of conflicting expectations out there for who men “should be.” Some say you should be tough and ambitious, while others say you should be empathetic and sensitive. I have experienced this myself and understand how difficult it can be to sort through it and make sense of it all. I became a therapist to help men become healthier individuals with healthier relationships–to help men move past trauma, addiction, and shame. I know how confusing and painful this can be, and I can tell you from personal experience that there is hope and a better way. My counseling style is to work with you collaboratively to help you identify false beliefs, process the pain and shame that formed these beliefs, and move forward with healthier mindsets, behaviors, and relationships. I utilize a down-to-earth, practical approach to help you identify what you are already doing that might be working well, what might not be so helpful, and to learn skills for better emotional management, communication, boundary setting and more. At the same time, we will also roll up our sleeves and work to heal the deeper emotional wounds from your past. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and am trained in EMDR. This specific combination of professional training and licensure in mental health, addictions, and trauma has prepared me to help men who often struggle with various combinations of these issues. When looking for a therapist, it is important to choose someone with the expertise to speak into these areas and the complex interactions between them. I also have a background in Christian missions and Bible teaching and incorporate this to whatever extent you desire. Together we can get you there. I have a rare combination of characteristics and training that make me uniquely well-suited to help men along their journey towards growth, healing, and freedom. And that is exactly what I’d like to do for you. If any of this resonates with you, send me an email, or call me to set up an appointment and get started. Let’s get down to work.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving us stuck or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to instill a sense of hope and trust—a belief that growth and healing are possible, even in moments of discomfort or resistance. Paige meets clients where they are, including those who may feel unsure about therapy or hesitant to engage, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges and develop lasting skills. Clients also learn new ways of thinking and behaving that shift how they see themselves and their situations, helping them not only cope, but truly feel better and more empowered. Paige works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, OCD, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, She helps clients build resilience, confidence, coping, and social/problem-solving skills while fostering emotional growth and self-understanding. She uses Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT skills, along with mindfulness to support clients in exploring unhelpful beliefs and reframing them into helpful and empowering perspectives. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and an increased ability to navigate life’s challenges.

I believe our world can be so fast-paced and suffers from a lack of presence. This can result in isolation, not feeling heard, or feelings of overwhelm and stress. If you need a place to set your burdens down for a moment, I am able to give you that support. I feel equipped to help you if you are struggling with any trauma, grief, attachment wounds, neurodiversity, career guidance, anxiety/depression, or men's/women's/general identity challenges. If you are feeling burdened or hurt, you are not alone. I encourage you to reach out to me. Even if we are not a good fit, I enjoy helping you to find a therapist who is!
Hi, I’m Joanna Lester—founder of First Circle Therapy, a Colorado-based virtual practice. I specialize in working with college and grad students who are thoughtful, creative, and sensitive—but overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together. If you're juggling deadlines, relationships, family expectations, and big questions about who you're becoming, you might feel anxious, unmotivated, burned out, or just not yourself. You’re not alone—and therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what really matters to you. Our work can help you move through cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism and into a more grounded, self-led life. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating identity shifts, or learning to set healthier boundaries, I offer space to explore your inner world with clarity and care. In our sessions, we’ll use nervous system tools (to help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and feel more at ease) and parts work (to help the different sides of you—like the achiever, avoider, or inner critic—work together instead of against each other). You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I offer free consultations to see if we’re a fit, and I accept several major insurance plans to make therapy more accessible. Feel free to reach out—no pressure.

Kiki Beaman is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialized focus on Trauma, Couples Therapy, and EMDR. She is passionate about supporting individuals through the full spectrum of the reproductive journey as well as others throughout the lifespan. Kiki offers a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed space to explore the complexities that life throws at you. Her counseling experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, the perinatal period, relationship stressors, various life adjustments, communication problems, self-esteem, parenting support, and more. Kiki currently works with teens, adults, couples, and families both in person and online to help them live more balanced and meaningful lives. Her approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic tools to support the unique needs of each client. Kiki is trained in somatic practices, activity therapy, and talk therapy, which allows her to meet clients where they are. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful tool she uses with clients experiencing a variety of different types of mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. Kiki’s work is further enriched by her background in yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, she integrates movement and mindfulness practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and support emotional regulation. Her certification in sound healing adds another layer of gentle, body-based support that complements traditional talk therapy. When requested, Kiki also incorporates nature therapy into her work, which can be especially healing for individuals navigating anxiety, isolation or overwhelm. Whether indoors or outside, Kiki brings a deep respect for the mind-body connection to every session. Kiki earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. During her training, she interned with Jewish Family Service of Dallas and worked in South Dallas with Latiné teens and families. She continued this work after graduation, expanding her experience with children, adolescents, and families—many of whom were navigating systemic stressors, intergenerational trauma, and parenting challenges. Kiki believes that people are inherently resilient, but that life's obstacles can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain. She works collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their inner strength, find clarity in their experience, and move toward greater ease and authenticity. She believes that people are the experts of their own lives but sometimes need a roadmap to help get back to where they want to be. Outside of the therapy room, Kiki enjoys CrossFit, hiking, yoga, and traveling- but her favorite way to spend time is with her husband and kiddo.
